Payment

Some of our "Wellness Delivered" mobile services will incur travel expenses in the Wichita Falls, Burkburnet and Henrietta areas. We also serve the Dallas/Fort Worth areas. Attending to you in your home is an added service that we offer to existing clients or new clients with very specific and long standing client referrals.

All travel services must be prepaid.

"Wellness Delivered" currently accepts, of course, our own gift cards and gift certificates as well as cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

International clients must use our gift cards or certificates, U.S. currency, American credit cards, cashiers checks, or money orders.

We do not accept foreign currency.

We require a 35% down payment for services. This non-refundable portion of your payment is utilized for staffing and booking expenses. If you should decide for whatever reason, to reschedule, we require 48 hours notice in order for your deposit to cover such re-booking expenses to avoid additional fees.

A $35.00 - $75.00 fee is assessed for most consultations however, this fee is applied to the services discussed in some cases, though not all.
